About Bryce Lingo

Bryce Lingo is one of four sons born to founder Colonel Jack Lingo of Jack Lingo REALTOR®. Bryce has been in the business since 1975 and has seen every swing in the real estate market over his thirty plus years in real estate transactions. He has been an integral part in the positive growth and development that has taken place in Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Millsboro and the surrounding areas of Sussex County over this time. He was the procuring agent in the sale of several notable residential projects, such as:

Bryce loves to travel and owns several properties around the country, but he always finds his way home to Rehoboth Beach. He currently resides in Henlopen Acres. Bryce is an Associate Broker with the company who truly enjoys his work. He comments that his favorite part of the real estate world is finding the right buyer for the right piece of property. Bryce currently works with sales partner Shaun Tull and the two have been consistent Top Producers over the past several years.

About Shaun Tull

Shaun Tull has worked for Jack Lingo REALTOR since 2003 and in that time has closed over two hundred and thirty five million dollars ($235,000,000) in real estate with sales partner and Associate Broker, Bryce Lingo. A local through and through, Shaun was born and raised in Sussex County. After graduating from the University of Delaware in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree of Science, he became a full-time resident of Rehoboth Beach. He has been a Top Producer for the company since 2005 and looks forward to continuing this record of success into the future. Shaun is knowledgeable in all nuances of the real estate business and truly enjoys working within the community that he calls home.
